Privacy Policy

The controller of personal data collected on this site is:

• Identity: Andro (AZTYX — Web Systems & Tech Consultancy)
• Location: Córdoba, Spain
• Official Contact Email: contact@aztyxcloud.es

We collect only what is strictly necessary:

A) Quote Calculator & Forms: Name, email, phone (optional), and project parameters. Used strictly to assess technical scope and deliver an accurate proposal (GDPR Art. 6.1.b).

B) WhatsApp Direct: Voluntary direct messages to answer your inquiries.

C) Security & Infrastructure: Temporary IP processing by Cloudflare to mitigate DDoS attacks and malicious bots.

Unlike conventional WordPress websites storing submissions in vulnerable databases, AZTYX does not store form leads in public server databases. Submissions are encrypted via TLS 1.3 and routed securely to our corporate inbox.

We use tier-1 enterprise infrastructure providers adhering to the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework:

• Cloudflare, Inc.: Anycast edge delivery, firewall, and security infrastructure.
• Resend, Inc.: Transactional email dispatch.

We never sell, rent, or trade personal data.

Non-formalized quotes are retained for up to 1 year for continuity, then securely purged. Active client records are retained as required by Spanish commercial law (up to 6 years).

You may access, rectify, delete, restrict, or port your data at any time by emailing contact@aztyxcloud.es. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
